I work 1:1 with ambitious people who are attempting to grow a transformation-based business.
My ideal clients often retrain in a new field following a career that didn't fulfil them. They went through a period of difficulty, found therapy or coaching, and worked through their own pain.
Off the back of resolving that, they realised they could learn the skills to help others through similar situations. They've been in business for 2-4+ years but have struggled to grow.
I've found this is almost always for two reasons:
They have hidden emotional problems that prevent them from realising their potential.
They do not have the necessary commercial knowledge to package their skills and sell effectively.
My work is to solve both.
About me
My Mission is to show that business, when built from embodied truth, is one of a human’s most powerful tools for awakening. Everything I do stems from this focal point.
Why am I interested in this?
At 23, I was over £20,000 in debt, living paycheck to paycheck, and using cocaine weekly. I was depressed, insecure, and carried a deep fear of not being good enough to achieve anything meaningful. Then came the 2020 lockdown. During a return-to-work meeting after a period of profound internal change, my boss said something that broke me open.
“Before the lockdown you were one person. Now you’ve come back as someone completely different. I don’t really know who Dan is anymore.”
My sense of identity shattered in that moment. With the help of a mentor, I started healing old wounds and reconnecting with a version of myself I’d long buried. That process helped me rediscover my purpose for helping others.
I retrained as a cognitive hypnotherapist, left my £60k-a-year sales job, and launched an addiction hypnotherapy practice that grew to multiple six figures within 18 months. I also partnered with a fast-growing mental performance coaching company, which we scaled to seven figures. Along the way, I realised my passion lies within the business of coaching and therapy just as much as the delivery of it.
Today, I use everything I’ve learned to help other coaches and therapists build their own businesses. I’ve distilled my entire philosophy into the models and systems that I used to scale my own businesses. I now share those systems with the hundreds of others who’ve trusted me to help them grow theirs.
